The Taita Wildlife Conservancy is a bird watcher's paradise, home to over 300 avian species. Some of the most prolific birds found here include the Somali Ostrich, White-faced Whistling-Duck, Fulvous Whistling-Duck, Egyptian Goose, Spur-winged Goose, Red-billed Duck, Southern Pochard and the Knob-billed Duck. Visitors can experience spectacular sights, especially at dusk, when eagles and other birds take to the skies.
