Reservation questions
If you have any questions about our tent accommodations or making a reservation, we are happy to help. Please feel free to ask us here prior to confirming your stay.
Additionally, if any other inquiries come up after booking, you can reach out to us via phone or email. We aim to provide exceptional service and transparency so you feel fully informed and assured throughout the reservation process and your time onsite.

Is the campsite seasonal or open through the year?
Yes, we are open throughout the year. Our tents are available for bookings all year round, and our campsite is open for bookings. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!

Do you need a deposit to secure my booking?
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 14 days prior to your arrival.

Is it possible to amend / cancel my reservation?
Should you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us via email for assistance. Please be sure to review the cancellation terms and be aware of any deadlines or penalties that may apply.

Group Reservations
We warmly welcome bookings from families, couples, pre-arranged groups aged 18 and over, as well as groups aged 16-18 accompanied by an adult chaperone. However, we cannot accept reservations from bachelor/bachelorette parties or unsupervised guests under 16 years old.

Exclusive Camp Bookings
We welcome requests to book the entire lodge for private group events and retreats. Groups of 8 to 20 guests can reserve exclusive access for an agreed-upon period based on availability.
